Jordan’s Muslim Brotherhood Association condemns plot targeting national security
The Muslim Brotherhood Association in Jordan has issued a statement strongly condemning the recent plot uncovered by the General Intelligence Directorate (GID), which aimed to undermine the Kingdom’s security and stability.
In its official statement, the Association denounced the "malicious plans" that sought to destabilize Jordan and harm its people, reaffirming that any attempt to tamper with national security—regardless of its source—will be met with a united and resilient state. The Association emphasized the strength of the nation, backed by its loyal citizens, the Jordanian Armed Forces, and vigilant security institutions, particularly the GID.

“All our members are loyal soldiers in defense of Jordan,” the statement read, “and we stand firmly behind the Hashemite leadership in preserving the security and sovereignty of the nation.”
The Association also commended the GID for its “professional and exceptional performance” in uncovering and dismantling the conspiracy before it could unfold. It called on all relevant authorities to take firm action against anyone attempting to harm the country’s peace and stability.
“May God protect Jordan—its leadership, people, and institutions—and keep it proud, safe, and secure,” the statement concluded.
The statement was signed by the General Supervisor of the Muslim Brotherhood Association in Jordan.
