Three US airstrikes target factory west of Sanaa, say Houthis

13-04-2025 23:04|Yemen’s Houthi movement reported late Sunday that US military aircraft carried out three airstrikes on a ceramic factory in the Bani Matar District, west of the capital, Sanaa.
In a brief statement aired by Al-Masirah TV, the Houthi-affiliated channel said the strikes targeted the Al-Sawari Ceramic Factory. The network described the attack as part of continued "American aggression" in Yemen.
No details were provided about casualties or the extent of damage, and there has been no immediate response or confirmation from the US military.
The reported strikes come amid rising tensions in the region, with the US stepping up military operations in response to Houthi attacks on Red Sea shipping lanes.
