'Israeli' forces raid several towns across West Bank

Israeli Occupation Forces launched a series of overnight raids across the West Bank between Friday and Saturday, as part of an ongoing campaign of arrests and military incursions.

'Israeli' forces stormed the town of Beit Lid, east of Tulkarm, with heavy gunfire and a wide deployment of military vehicles throughout the streets, reported Palestinian media, adding that a separate raid was also reported in central Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank.

In the north, 'Israeli' forces entered the town of Burqin, west of Jenin, and the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, leading to confrontations with Palestinian youth.

Meanwhile, in the Salfit governorate, separate raids targeted the towns of Biddya and Qarawat Bani Hassan, both located west of the city.

In the southern West Bank, 'Israeli' forces raided the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, and searched several homes.

These incursions come amid heightened tensions and daily clashes between Palestinians and 'Israeli' forces across various parts of the occupied West Bank.
