Hamas delegation in Cairo tomorrow following “Israeli” response to ceasefire proposal

11-04-2025 21:48|Led by senior official Khalil al-Hayya, a Hamas delegation is expected to arrive in Cairo on Saturday – according to Saudi news outlet al-Hadath.
“Israeli” delivered its response to the Egyptian proposal for a Gaza ceasefire Thursday night, a senior “Israel” official told Hebrew news outlet Walla.
The Egyptian proposal reportedly includes the release of eight living “Israeli” captives and a similar number of dead ones in exchange for a 40 to 50 day ceasefire, the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, the resumption of the transfer of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and the withdrawal of “Israeli” troops to positions they were in before the ceasefire break.
