Authorities warn drivers of dusty, windy weather

Jordan’s Traffic Department on Sunday issued a warning over prevailing weather conditions in Mafraq and several other parts of the country, where strong, dust-laden winds were reported along with light rain in select areas.

Authorities urged drivers to exercise extreme caution while on the road and to strictly follow traffic regulations to prevent accidents and ensure public safety.

The department also advised motorists to reduce speed, maintain a safe distance between vehicles, avoid sudden stops, and stay alert to changes in road conditions and visibility.
