Egyptians stand in solidarity with Palestinians on Eid al-Fitr
On the first day of Eid al-Fitr, Egyptians showed their strong support for the Palestinian cause through solidarity protests held across various provinces.
These protests highlighted the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of Israeli Occupation and their determination to defend their land.
Participants expressed solidarity with Palestinians, emphasizing the need to stand against 'Israeli' military aggression. They condemned acts of ethnic cleansing and genocide while praising President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s firm stance in supporting the Palestinian people’s right to their land.
Many also commended his opposition to forced displacement and his commitment to Egypt’s national security while advocating for Palestinian rights.
Protestors called for an immediate end to the 'Israeli' assault on Gaza, rejecting forced displacement and war crimes. They underscored that attempts to remove Palestinians from their land would not succeed, given their steadfastness.
Protestors raised Palestinian and Egyptian flags together, sending a strong message of unity and shared support for the Palestinian cause.
They chanted slogans such as "No to displacement" and "With our souls, with our blood, we sacrifice for you, Palestine," expressing their solidarity with the Palestinian struggle and Egypt’s firm position against forced relocation.
