VIDEO: Red Crescent recovers eight paramedics' bodies in Gaza

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) announced that the bodies of eight paramedics have been recovered in Rafah after they lost contact approximately a week ago amid heavy gunfire.

The paramedics were part of a group that came under fire while carrying out their duties in the strip.

The organization stated that the ninth paramedic is still missing and is believed to have been detained.

The PRCS stated that retrieving the bodies proved to be a challenging task, as they were buried in the sand, with some showing signs of decomposition.
