Hamas issues statement regarding UN investigation into "Israel"

Hamas has stated that a recent report by the UN investigation committee confirms the severity of the crimes committed by the Israeli Occupation against the Palestinian people. 

In a press statement, Hamas accused the international community of ignoring and denying the crimes detailed in the report, calling for a serious and unified global response to stop these violations. "This report is yet another testament to the horrific crimes that the occupation continues to commit against our people," the statement read.

Hamas urged international judicial bodies, including the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC), to take legal action based on the report’s findings.

It called on these institutions to initiate proceedings against "Israel" and hold it accountable for its actions. It also called on the international community to intervene immediately to deter the Israeli Occupation and stop its crimes, emphasizing the need to enforce the terms of the ceasefire agreement.
