UAE Minister of Tolerance receives Lower House Speaker, parliamentary delegation
UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, received the Speaker of the Jordanian House of Representatives, Ahmed Safadi, and the parliamentary delegation today, Thursday, in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Nahyan and Safadi emphasized the depth of Jordanian-UAE relations and the strong bond between His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Safadi said that the level of cooperation and coordination between the two brotherly countries, and their unified stances, form a leading example in their shared relations.
Safadi also stated that Jordan is eager to increase cooperation in all areas, particularly in parliamentary matters, for the benefit of both nations and their peoples, as well as for the central issues of the Arab world, primarily the Palestinian cause.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Jordanian-UAE House Brotherhood Committee, MP Ahmad Asha, the head of the Azm Parliamentary Bloc, MP Ayman Abu Haneyyeh, the Chairman of the Transport and Public Services Committee, MP Ayman Al badadweh, MPs Abdulrahman Al-Owaysha, Bader Al harahsheh, Ayatollah Fereihat, and the Jordanian Ambassador to the UAE, Nassar Habashneh.
