VIDEO: Car bomb explosion in Aleppo kills 15

The Syrian Civil Defense reported that a car bomb explosion in the city of Manbij, east of Aleppo

The Civil Defense clarified that the explosion caused multiple casualties.

"A horrific massacre resulted in the deaths of 14 women and one man, in addition to injuring 15 women, some with serious wounds, which raises the likelihood of the death toll increasing," the Civil Defense stated. "All of them were agricultural workers, in a preliminary tally from the explosion of a car bomb next to the vehicle carrying the agricultural workers on a main road on the outskirts of the city of Manbij, east of Aleppo."
