- Ensuring full implementation of the agreement – The participants emphasized the need to ensure all phases and provisions of the ceasefire agreement are fully implemented, leading to lasting de-escalation. They stressed the importance of sustaining the ceasefire, guaranteeing the flow of humanitarian aid to all parts of Gaza, and removing obstacles to relief efforts. They also called for the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces and rejected any attempts to divide the Gaza Strip. The statement reaffirmed support for the Palestinian Authority to assume its responsibilities in Gaza as part of the Palestinian territories, alongside the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
- Reaffirming support for UNRWA – The ministers underscored the indispensable role of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and firmly rejected any attempts to undermine or limit its operations.
- Accelerating Gaza reconstruction – The statement called for international efforts to rebuild Gaza as quickly as possible while ensuring that Palestinians remain on their land. It highlighted the resilience of the Palestinian people and the urgent need to address internal displacement and improve living conditions in the Strip.
- Rejecting forced displacement – The ministers reaffirmed their full support for the Palestinian people's rights under international law, condemning any attempts to forcibly remove them from their land. They also rejected settlement expansion, home demolitions, land annexation, and any actions aimed at displacing Palestinians, warning that such measures threaten regional stability and peace prospects.
- Announcing an international reconstruction conference – Egypt, in cooperation with the United Nations, will host an international conference for Gaza reconstruction at an appropriate time. The statement urged international donors to support this initiative.
- Advancing the two-state solution – The ministers called on the international community, including major global and regional powers and the UN Security Council, to take concrete steps toward implementing the two-state solution. They stressed the need for a comprehensive resolution to the Palestinian issue, ensuring the establishment of a Palestinian state on its full national territory, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem, based on the 1967 borders. In this regard, they expressed support for the international coalition working toward a two-state solution and the upcoming international peace conference, scheduled for June 2025, under the leadership of Saudi Arabia and France.
