“Israel” on Saturday demanded information from mediators who brokered a ceasefire in Gaza over the fate of three family members of freed captive Yarden Bibas.

"The Bibas family... has been living in constant fear for their lives for a long time... We continue to demand information about their condition from the mediators," said Gal Hirsch, Israel's hostage coordinator, in a statement, referring to Bibas's wife and two children who remain in Gaza.

Israeli Occupation army issued an official statement acknowledging that the intelligence used to declare the assassination of Al-Qassam Brigades' Beach Battalion commander in December 2023 was inaccurate.

The army stated that Haitham Al-Hawajri, the battalion commander, was targeted in an airstrike on Dec. 3, 2023. Following the strike, intelligence suggested a high probability of his elimination, leading to an official announcement.

However, after Hawajri's appearance in the fourth captive release, the army issued a statement admitting that "the intelligence assessments from the Shin Bet, Military Intelligence, and Southern Command were incorrect, and Hawajri was not killed in the strike."

A bus carrying 25 released Palestinian political prisoners from “Israeli” jails as part of the fourth exchange round has arrived in the West Bank city of Beitunia.

The detainees departed from the Israeli “Ofer Prison” in the West Bank after three “Israeli” captives were handed over by Hamas in Gaza in a fourth such exchange agreed under the ceasefire deal.

A total of 183 detainees will be released today, a number of them will be “deported” to Turkey, Egypt, and Qatar.

The “Israeli” military confirmed that “Israeli”-American hostage Keith Siegel was in its custody, after Hamas s handed him over to the Red Cross in Gaza.

"The returning hostage is currently being accompanied by IDF special forces and ISA forces on his return to Israeli territory, where he will undergo an initial medical assessment," the military said after the 65-year-old was released in a ceremony in Gaza City.

Hamas has freed American-”Israeli” captive Keith Siegel, 65 years old, at Gaza City’s port in the north of the Strip.

'Israeli' Army Radio reporter said on Saturday that "if the Al-Qassam Brigades' Beach Battalion commander appears on stage during the handover of the Israeli hostage, it will mark the third case where it becomes clear that the Israeli army did not kill individuals they had previously announced as killed."

"The same applies to another Hamas battalion commander, the commander of the Beit Hanoun Battalion, who has intensified his public appearances in the area in recent days," the reporter added.

Hundreds of Al-Qassam Brigades fighters are currently preparing for the release of an 'Israeli' captive at Gaza port.

Palestinian media reported that 'Israeli' forces raided the home of Abdul Basit Shawabka, a political prisoner scheduled for release on Saturday as part of the exchange deal in the city of Al-Bireh.

According to the reports, 'Israeli' forces threatened Shawabka’s family, warning them against holding any celebrations upon his release.

Palestinian news outlet Al-Aqsa Channel reported that the documents signed by captives released by Al-Qassam Brigades include a pledge not to return to service in the 'Israeli' army.

The released individuals also commit to refraining from participating in military actions against Palestinians, including attacks on women and children.

Two released captives have been transferred to Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) and Israeli Security Agency (ISA) forces in Gaza and are now being escorted back to 'Israeli' territory by special forces. Upon arrival, they will undergo an initial medical evaluation.

The IOF is prepared to receive another captive soon.

“Israeli” captive Yarden Bibas, 35 years old, was handed over by Hamas to the Red Cross in Khan Younis.

Hamas fighters have delivered “Israeli” Captive Ofer Calderon, 54 years old, to the Red Cross, on a stage in Khan Younis.

Draped in olive-colored clothes, he waved to the crowd before getting into a Red Cross vehicle.

The Red Cross vehicles have arrived in Khan Younis where the fourth prisoner swap will take place.
