Three killed, over 40 injured in 'Israeli' attacks on Lebanon
Lebanese Army on Sunday called on residents in southern Lebanon to exercise restraint and follow the guidance of military units to ensure their safety.
In a statement, the army announced it was facilitating the return of citizens to several border towns, including Aita al-Shaab, Bint Jbeil, Deir Seryan, and others. The statement condemned Israeli Occupation's continued violations of Lebanese sovereignty and its refusal to adhere to the ceasefire agreement, resulting in casualties among civilians.
Roya’s correspondent reported updated figures of three dead and 44 injured following "Israeli" attacks on residents attempting to return to their villages.
Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health Emergency Operations Center also released a breakdown of casualties:
- One killed and 11 injured in Aitaroun.
- One killed and one injured in Blida.
- One killed and 10 injured in Houla.
- Three injured in Adaisseh.
- Twelve injured in Kfar Kila.
- Four injured in Meiss El Jabal.
- One injured each in Markaba, Bani Hayyan, and Rba Tlateen.
The death toll and injury count remain subject to updates.
