Armed forces clash with smuggling groups at northern borders

The Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army (JAF) announced that the Border Guard Force (BGF) intercepted and confronted groups of smugglers attempting to cross the Jordanian northern borders.

The army clarified that the confrontation took place within the jurisdiction of the Eastern Military Zone.
