Civil defense teams extinguish 5,000-square-meter warehouse fire in Amman

The Public Security Directorate (PSD) confirmed that firefighting teams extinguished a fire that broke out in a warehouse for supplies and furniture in the Sahab area of Amman.

The fire spanned an area of 5,000 square meters and was fully contained, preventing its spread to nearby residential buildings.

The PSD media spokesperson stated that the fire was dealt with by specialized firefighting teams from the East Amman Civil Defense Directorate, supported by a large number of specialized operational Civil Defense vehicles, numerous firefighters, police officers, gendarmerie personnel, and water tankers from the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM).

No casualties were reported, and an investigation has been opened to determine the cause of the fire.
