Syrian army denies withdrawal from Homs

A Syrian military source denied reports of the army's withdrawal from Homs, confirming that forces remain stationed in the city and its countryside.

The source stated that the army is reinforcing its presence with "additional massive troops equipped with various weaponry, ready to repel any terrorist attacks," according to the Syrian news agency.
