Destruction in Gaza's Khan Yunis
Israeli Occupation’s aggression on Gaza enters 380th day
Israeli Occupation military continues its aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 380th consecutive day, targeting all aspects of life and committing unimaginable atrocities.
The latest massacre occurred just hours ago, when Israeli Occupation airstrikes heavily bombed Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, destroying an entire residential neighborhood.
Roya's correspondent reported that 'Israeli' warplanes launched intense fire belts on Gaza City, simultaneously demolishing entire residential blocks in the Beit Lahia project. At least 73 Palestinians were killed, with many others missing or wounded.
Hamas described the massacre in Beit Lahia as the Israeli Occupation racing against time with its around-the-clock atrocities against the Palestinian people in Gaza. "The latest was the savage and random bombardment overnight, which resulted in a horrific massacre targeting a densely populated residential area, filled with civilians and displaced persons, in the Beit Lahia project area," Hamas stated.
Rising Death Toll
The death toll from the aggression has risen to 42,519, with 99,637 injured since October 7, 2023, according to Gaza's Ministry of Health.
Rising Casualties Among Israeli Occupation Soldiers
Meanwhile, the 'Israeli' military has reported 748 soldiers and officers killed since October 7, with 355 killed since the start of the ground operation on October 27.
Israeli Occupation army also reported that 4,969 soldiers have been injured since the beginning of the offensive, including 2,988 minor injuries, 1,237 moderate injuries, and 744 critical injuries.
Operation Aqsa Typhoon
The military wing of Hamas, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, launched the Operation Aqsa Typhoon on October 7, 2023, in response to Israeli occupation violations in the Palestinian territories.
In retaliation, the Israeli Occupation launched a military operation against Gaza dubbed "Swords of Iron," carrying out a series of violent airstrikes across several areas of the Strip, resulting in hundreds of deaths, thousands of injuries, and widespread destruction of buildings, residential towers, institutions, and infrastructure.
Hezbollah also opened the "support" front for Gaza in October 2023, following the launch of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.
The party and the Israeli Occupation military have exchanged cross-border fire for months. Hezbollah has repeatedly refused to halt its fire in Lebanon unless the war in Gaza ends.
