Malaysian Prime Minister condemns killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim condemned the killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), expressing deep sorrow over the loss.
In a statement released on X, Anwar referred to Sinwar as a “fighter and defender of the Palestinian people.”
He stated, “Malaysia strongly denounces this killing, and it is clear that attempts by the Israeli regime to undermine the calls for the release of Palestinian prisoners will not succeed. We call on the international community to stand against Israel’s brutality and to demand an immediate end to the ongoing massacre of the Palestinian people.”
