"Israeli" official claims Iran tried to assassinate Netanyahu with drone attack
An official from the Israeli Occupation confirmed that a drone strike targeted the residence of "Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Caesarea. The official stated, “Iran attempted to eliminate Prime Minister Netanyahu.”
Reports from Hebrew media indicated that an explosion occurred in Caesarea, located south of Haifa, following an alert about potential drone incursions in the area.
The Prime Minister's office acknowledged that a drone had indeed been launched toward Netanyahu's home but confirmed that both he and his wife were not present at the time of the incident.
Additionally, alarm sirens were activated in several areas, including the Gilelot region near Tel Aviv, raising concerns over the possibility of a drone infiltrating from Lebanon.
According to reports, the interception of the drone caused damage to a building at Netanyahu's Caesarea residence, although details about the extent of the damage remain unclear.
