'Israel' reportedly plans to target oil facilities in Iran
Israeli Occupation government is reportedly preparing a significant response to Tuesday's Iranian missile attack, which could target oil facilities within Iran in the coming days, according to a report by Axios.
Citing "Israeli" officials, the report suggested that the retaliation will be both strong and comprehensive, warning of the potential for a wider regional conflict. The officials noted that all options are on the table, including strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.
One "Israeli" official expressed concern about Iran's potential reaction, hinting that Tehran’s response could be equally forceful and far-reaching, potentially shifting the dynamics in the region.
In response, Iran's Chief of Staff, General Mohammad Bagheri, threatened to strike all "Israeli" infrastructure if the occupation attacks in retaliation for the launch of around 200 hypersonic ballistic missiles against Israeli Occupation on Tuesday. Bagheri emphasized on state television that if the escalation continues, Iran’s missile attacks on "Israel" would intensify.

The Axios report added that Israeli Occupation's retaliation could include airstrikes and covert operations, similar to the mission that led to the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran two months ago.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that Iran had made a "grave mistake" and would pay the price, reaffirming Israeli Occupation's commitment to responding to any aggression.
"Israeli" officials also revealed that a cabinet meeting on Tuesday concluded with agreement on the necessity of a military response, though no final decision was made on its nature.
Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden expressed support for Israeli Occupation's response but urged a cautious approach. He confirmed that the US would consult with "Israeli" leadership before taking any further action.
