Royal Jordanian Airlines suspends Beirut flights Sunday
Royal Jordanian Airlines announced on Sunday the suspension of all flights to and from the Lebanese capital, Beirut, due to the current situation in the region.
Captain Haitham Misto, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC), confirmed that Jordanian airspace is operating normally.
He emphasized that everything is functioning as usual, with Jordanian airspace and airlines continuing their operations without any disruptions. He also stated that the commission is closely monitoring and evaluating the regional conditions and air safety continuously to take any necessary actions if required.
This came after Hezbollah launched 320 rockets on 'Israel' in response to an Israeli Occupation attack early Sunday.
