Jordan conducts three aid airdrops over Gaza with Saudi Arabia, Egypt
The Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army conducted three aerial drops of relief and humanitarian aid to several locations in the southern Gaza Strip – a statement by the JAF said.
These drops included relief and humanitarian assistance to support the people of Gaza amid the ongoing “Israeli” war on the Strip.
The operation involved two aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), in collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, and one aircraft from the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Jordanian Armed Forces reaffirm their commitment to continue sending humanitarian and medical aid through an airlift, delivering aid via flights from Marka Airport to Arish International Airport, or through airdrop operations over Gaza, as well as through ground aid convoys, to help the people of Gaza overcome the difficult circumstances – the statement added.
Since the beginning of the “Israeli” war on Gaza, the Jordanian Armed Forces have carried out 115 aerial drops and 265 joint aerial drops in cooperation with partner countries.
