The people of Gaza celebrated the first day of Eid al-Adha under the relentless bombardment by “Israeli” forces, now ongoing for the 254th consecutive day.

The Israeli Occupation war machine continues to commit massacres and acts of genocide against civilians in Gaza, targeting various areas of the strip. Since the beginning of the aggression, 37,266 Palestinians have been killed and 85,102 others have been injured – according to the latest numbers released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Yesterday, The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) confirmed the death of eight soldiers after an IOF military vehicle was targeted in an explosion in Rafah, following a complex ambush orchestrated by Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas.

Among the casualties was a deputy commander of a platoon in the 601st Combat Engineering Battalion, according to the IOF.

Al-Qassam Brigades announced the execution of the ambush against the IOF vehicles in Tel Al-Sultan, west of Rafah.

According to their statement, they targeted a Caterpillar D9 military bulldozer tower with an "Al-Yassin 105" shell, causing it to ignite and trapping the bulldozer crew between killed and wounded.

Additionally, upon the arrival of the rescue force, an IOF "Namer" armored personnel carrier was targeted with an "Al-Yassin 105" shell, resulting in its destruction and the killing of all its occupants.
