Traffic Department warns drivers of common violations in Jordan

The Central Traffic Department has warned drivers about the dangers of sudden lane changes, running red lights, and speeding.

A representative from the Department spoke on Amen FM during a traffic update, noting that traffic flow in the streets of the capital and on highways is smooth. However, there is a slowdown in some streets coinciding with rainfall.

He also mentioned a bus breakdown after the Renaissance Bridge towards the Eighth Circle, which led to slower traffic movement. Additionally, a traffic accident occurred under the Al-Qusour Int, which was handled without any injuries.

The Traffic Department cautioned drivers about unstable conditions, urging them to be vigilant and careful of slipping hazards.
