The Anti-Corruption and Integrity Commission announced that the Public Prosecutor decided to detain an employee working at Al-Bashir Hospital for 15 days on charges of forgery.

The commission stated in a Thursday statement that the case involves the employee falsifying medical referrals for some acquaintances and friends using the names and signatures of doctors at Al-Bashir Hospital without their knowledge.

This resulted in unauthorized financial expenses for the treasury.
