Hebrew sources reported Sunday that a plane carrying a group of settlers arrived in Dagestan. A sizable gathering of protesters had assembled at the airport entrance with the intention of confronting the passengers. Their protest was in response to the ongoing intense bombardment of the Gaza Strip and the targeting of civilians, a situation that has persisted since Oct. 7.

The demonstrators managed to enter the passenger terminal, proceeded onto the airport runway, and crossed barriers in an attempt to inspect departing vehicles for passengers arriving from Tel Aviv.

The Israeli Occupation Prime Minister's Office, in response to these events, declared that both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Security Council were closely monitoring the situation in Dagestan.

They expressed their anticipation that Dagestan authorities would ensure the safety and security of all "settlers" and called for decisive action against rioters and any incitement targeting Jews and settlers.
