Dozens of houses flooded by rain in Irbid

Tuesday evening, heavy rain sent floodwaters through dozens of houses in Irbid but did not cause any injuries, according to Irbid Police Chief Farhan Al-Amoush.

In other news, Amoush said three fights broke out in al-Mazar al-Shamali area, al-Defaa Street and Sama Al-Rousan area, which required police to intervene.

He also pointed out that the Bushra-Ramtha road was temporarily closed off in both directions due to heavy rain.

Amoush called on citizens not to leave their houses unless absolutely necessary.
