IMAGES: ‘Irbid airplane’ arrives in governorate

Saturday morning, the ‘Irbid airplane’ that left Queen Alia International Airport a few days ago arrived in Irbid, according to Roya's correspondent.

A civilian airplane left Queen Alia International Airport on Wednesday evening, but rather than taking off into the sky, it left the air cargo area towards Irbid.

The new owner of the fuselage, Ahmed Silawi, wants to convert it into a restaurant in Irbid, making it the first airplane in Jordan to be converted into a restaurant, the fifth in the Arab world, and the ninth worldwide.
