At least 10 people are dead and 151 people are missing after a 12-storey residential building collapsed in Surfside, Florida, Thursday.

The cause of the collapse remains unclear. However, new details are emerging about the integrity of the structure noted in an engineering report in 2018, according to CNN.

Investigations are currently underway.
