Infected truck driver in Mafraq held Iftar banquet few days ago

The truck driver infected with coronavirus in Mafraq held an Iftar banquet for a number of people in the area a few days ago, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.

Epidemiological inspection teams have so far collected a total of 106 samples from people who had direct contact with a truck driver infected with the coronavirus in Al-Khanaseri area of the northern city of Mafraq, the governorate's Director of Health Affairs, Hani Olaimat said today.

"The results of the COVID-19 tests will be shown today," Olaimat stated, noting that Al-Khanaseri is completely isolated from other areas of Al-Basiliya municipality.
