Only one new COVID-19 case confirmed in Jordan today

One new coronavirus case was confirmed today, bringing the total number of cases to 402, including people who recovered, the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber, has announced.

During a press briefing at the Prime Ministry building, the Minister said that the infected is a nurse working at a private hospital and who was quarantined in Amman.

A total of 1972 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the Kingdom, 106 of which were for drivers coming via the Al-Omari border crossing, the Health Minister noted.
