JFDA: Food at shopping mall where the citizen with corona works cannot be sterilized

02-03-2020 18:15|Head of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), Dr. Hayel Obaidat said that food at the shopping mall where the citizen infected with coronavirus works cannot be sterilized.
In a phone call with Roya, Obaidat confirmed that a team from the JFDA rushed to the mall to check on the general condition there.
The first coronavirus case was registered in the Kingdom today.
The infected is a Jordanian citizen who arrived in Jordan from Italy on Saturday, February 15, on board of a plane with 100 passengers.
A source told Roya that the infected citizen works at a shopping center in Amman.
