Photos circulated on social media platforms showing some teachers, who began a strike today, carrying out maintenance work and repairing classrooms and other facilities inside schools where they work.

Teachers have begun an open strike today, where they went to the schools where they work, but refused to enter the classrooms or give lessons to students.

Teachers said that the strike will last until their demands are met and until they get the 50% raise they asked for.
