A traffic accident causing a car to overturn in the 4th circle tunnel caused a severe traffic congestion on Monday morning, December 24, 2018.

A security source told Roya that the accident resulted in one medium injury, pointing out that traffic officers are working on lifting the vehicle from the scene.
