Two magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 earthquakes strike Venezuela, triggering panic in Caracas and sending people into the streets.

The first quake, which the US Geological Survey says is centered near the coastal town of Moron, is felt across parts of the country and as far away as the Colombian capital Bogota.
