Saudi Health Ministry staff deployed drones to transport medical supplies between Arafat and Mina to support healthcare services for more than 1.5 million pilgrims during the Hajj season.

Officials said the system significantly reduced delivery times from over an hour to around three minutes during peak hours, improving emergency response amid overcrowding and high temperatures.
