Footage shows damaged college buildings and dormitory rooms in Starobilsk, a Russian-occupied town in eastern Ukraine, following a Ukrainian drone strike on May 22, according to Russian authorities.  

Russia claims 21 students were killed in the strike, while Ukraine denies targeting civilians, saying it struck a Russian drone unit stationed in the area.
