Passengers believed to have been infected with hantavirus are evacuated from the cruise ship MV Hondius off Cape Verde, and board an ambulance boat.

According to the World Health Organization they are being taken to the Netherlands. The ship has been at the centre of an international alert since May 2, when the WHO was informed that three passengers had died and the suspected cause was hantavirus.
