Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree issued a formal denial claiming that the group's armed forces did not conduct any military operations directed against Saudi Arabian territory on Tuesday.
The rejection came in response to an earlier statement by the Suadi-led coalition, in which coalition spokesperson Major General Turki Al-Malki announced that air defense forces had intercepted and destroyed a drone in the Mecca region.

In his statement, Saree claimed that reports alleging an attack toward Mecca are fabricated and unsubstantiated claims.
He alleged that Saudi authorities regularly resort to such narratives amid operational confusion and battlefield losses incurred against Houthi forces.
