  • The operations resulted in the neutralization of more than 900 Houthi militia members and the destruction or disabling of over 287 military vehicles and equipment.
  • Strikes targeted command centers, weapon depots, artillery positions, supply lines, and "high-value military targets in the deep rear."
  • Ground forces continue breaching defensive lines, expanding their advance in line with the primary operational plan.

The spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces gave an update on the operation of the ongoing "Fajr Al-Yemen" (Dawn of Yemen), stating that they have targeted Houthi positions across multiple operational fronts.

According to the statement, military units executed 1,732 "precise and direct" strikes utilizing fighter jets, combat drones, field artillery, and rocket launchers.

It also said that the coordinated attacks targeted "main and forward command centers, fortifications, reconnaissance posts, ammunition depots, supply routes, and high-value military targets deep within Houthi-controlled territory."

Military officials stated that the joint operations "neutralized" more than 900 militia combatants, destroyed or damaged over 287 military vehicles, heavy equipment, and "silenced enemy artillery bases, and disrupted Houthi command and control networks."

The spokesperson added that national forces are continuing to breach fortified defense positions, expand ground advances, and carry out offensive maneuvers according to the established operational plan.

Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad al-Alimi announced the “Dawn of Yemen” operation on October 5, saying it aimed to restore state institutions, retake the capital, Sanaa, and end Houthi control.

The operation has included fighting around the strategically important Bab al-Mandeb Strait, according to published reports.
