The head of the Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, Captain Daifallah Al-Farajat, confirmed that air traffic in Jordanian airspace and airports is continuing as normal without any disruption.

In a statement, Al-Farajat said the authority is working continuously to ensure the safety and security of airspace through close monitoring of developments at the regional level, high-level coordination with relevant agencies, and the implementation of preventive measures to maintain aviation safety and smooth airport operations.

He stressed that Jordanian airspace is operating in line with the highest international safety standards.

Al-Farajay noted that the commission is closely tracking regional developments on an ongoing basis. He added that coordination with concerned authorities is taking place directly to ensure the safety of air navigation and the uninterrupted flow of airport operations.

He also confirmed that precautionary steps are being taken as needed to guarantee the safety of passengers and aircraft.

Given current regional conditions that may affect some flights, Al-Farajat urged passengers to follow several instructions. He called on travelers to maintain direct communication with airlines before heading to airports and to review flight schedules to confirm actual departure times.
