Houthis announce second operation against 'Israeli' targets
- The operation is claimed to be coordinated with Iranian forces and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
- Houthis warn they will continue attacks until ‘Israel’ stops its alleged aggression.
The Houthis announced a second military operation targeting southern 'Israel' on March 28, 2026, using a combination of cruise missiles and drones. The group described the attacks as part of the “Holy Jihad Battle” and said they struck several “vital and military sites” in the occupied territories.
In a statement, the Houthis said the operation was coordinated with Iranian forces and Hezbollah in Lebanon, claiming that the strikes “successfully achieved their objectives.” They added that the campaign is a response to what they called the enemy’s crimes against civilians and nations in the region.
The group warned that it would continue military operations “until the criminal enemy ceases its attacks and aggression,” framing the strikes as part of a broader regional resistance against the “Zionist scheme.”
