The United Arab Emirates continues to expand its humanitarian support for the Gaza Strip through an integrated relief system that includes land convoys, an air bridge, and maritime shipments.

The assistance falls under Operation Gallant Knight 3, which has delivered more than $2.8 billion in humanitarian aid to Gaza since November 2023, according to Emirati authorities.

In mid-February, the UAE dispatched a new aid convoy carrying more than 290 tons of food parcels and relief supplies. The first batch of cargo from the humanitarian vessel Saqr was also distributed after the ship docked at Egypt’s El Arish Port on February 6, bringing the total number of aid convoys to 301.

Under the same operation, the UAE has sent more than 10,000 trucks carrying over 122,000 tons of relief assistance. Aid has been distributed in densely populated displacement areas, while dozens of community kitchens and bakeries have received support. Another vessel, Umm Al Emarat, is currently en route to Gaza carrying more than 7,300 tons of aid.

On the health front, the UAE field hospital in Gaza has treated nearly 54,000 cases, while the floating hospital in El Arish has provided medical services to more than 21,000 patients.

Emirati officials say the continued assistance reflects the country’s commitment to alleviating the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and supporting the Palestinian people amid ongoing hardship.
