Hamas searches tunnel believed to contain remains of 'Israeli' soldier in Khan Younis

Forces of the Palestinian resistance have reached a tunnel in Hamad City, north of Khan Younis, which is believed to contain the remains of 'Israeli' soldier Amiram Cooper.

According to sources, a team equipped with oxygen tanks has entered the tunnel to continue the search operation.

The development comes amid ongoing efforts by Palestinian factions to locate and recover the bodies of 'Israeli' soldiers who were killed or went missing during the war on Gaza.

Hamad City, where the tunnel was discovered, has been the site of intense bombardment and ground incursions, leaving much of the area in ruins.
