Hamas mourns 3 members killed in 'Israeli' operation in Jenin
Three members of Hamas’ armed wing, the Qassam Brigades, were killed on Tuesday during an exchange of fire with 'Israeli' forces in the West Bank, according to a statement issued by the group.
The fighters, identified as Abdullah Muhammad Jallamneh, described as a field commander, and Qais Ibrahim Al-Bitawi, were killed alongside Ahmad Azmi Nashrati during a gun battle with 'Israeli' special forces in Kafr Qud, a town west of Jenin.
In its statement, the Qassam Brigades praised the men who fought “until their last breath,” vowing that 'Israeli' operations across the West Bank would not deter its fighters.
“All of the occupation’s measures to pursue the resistance in the West Bank will not deter our mujahideen from continuing to strike occupation soldiers and settlers across its governorates, God willing,” the statement read.
