His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II met on Tuesday with representatives from Pearson at South Bank Technical College in London, in the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein.

His Royal Highness highlighted the importance of the partnership between the Ministry of Education and Pearson, a world leader in lifelong learning, through the implementation of the company’s accredited Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) program in the Kingdom.

The Crown Prince stressed the need to focus on the outcomes of this educational program, which aims to increase graduates’ access to quality job opportunities in technical and vocational fields, and to train teachers.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness also emphasized the National Future Technology Council’s plans to benefit from the specializations offered by the BTEC program to advance the educational process.

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Al Hussein and Princess Rajwa toured the college’s technical facilities and were briefed on the teaching and technical training methods used there.

The meeting was attended by Jordan’s Ambassador to London, Manar Dabbas, and Director of the Crown Prince’s Office, Dr. Zaid Al Buqain.
