Gaza's death toll hits 66,288

Gaza’s Health Ministry reported Friday that 63 people were killed and 227 others injured in the past 24 hours. 

Many victims remain trapped under rubble or in the streets, as medical and civil defense teams struggle to reach them.

The ministry also reported that 15 people among the casualties were killed while waiting for aid, with 80 others wounded.

Additionally, two more people, one of them a child starved to death, bringing the total deaths from malnutrition to 457 including 152 children.

The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) already declared a famine happening in northern Gaza. 

Hospitals in Gaza remain on the brink of collapse as fuel and essential supplies, including blood, grow increasingly scarce, the ministry warned.
