"Very commendable:" Actress Jenna Ortega considers Palestinians as hero figures

Actress Jenna Ortega has emerged as one of the outspoken celebrities on the humanitarian catastrophe in Palestine. 

When asked who she considers a hero today in an interview, Ortega replied, “I’m quite gravitated towards the people of Palestine, and the way they speak up and the way that they’re continuously using their voice no matter how much the world seems to ignore them. It’s very important and very commendable. I would love to lift and raise their voices as well.”

Her remarks underscore the growing engagement of public figures speaking out on the aggression against Palestinians and especially in Gaza, advocating for global awareness.

Ortega is a 23-year-old American actress known for her roles in Wednesday and Scream.
