US President Donald Trump has issued a final warning to Hamas, urging the group to accept the terms of a captive deal that he says ‘Israel’ has already agreed to.

"Last Warning, There Will Not Be Another One"

In a statement posted on Truth Social, Trump said, "Everyone wants the Hostages HOME. Everyone wants this War to end!" He continued, "The Israelis have accepted my Terms. It is time for Hamas to accept as well. I have warned Hamas about the consequences of not accepting. This is my last warning, there will not be another one!"

The warning comes amid stalled negotiations for a ceasefire and captive deal in Gaza.

The Trump administration, through White House envoy Steve Witkoff, has reportedly presented a new ceasefire deal to Hamas via an "Israeli peace activist."

The proposal aims to end the war in Gaza, secure a prisoner exchange, and avert a large-scale military operation in Gaza City.

The details emerged Sunday on Hebrew Channel 12, coinciding with comments from President Donald Trump, who confirmed the US is "in very deep negotiations with Hamas."

These developments come as the ‘Israeli’ army proceeds with what it calls advanced stages of its military operation in Gaza, including striking residential towers that it claims are used for military purposes by Hamas.

Terms of the New Proposal

According to a senior ‘Israeli’ official, Trump's proposal includes the following terms:

  • Captive Release: Hamas would release all 48 captives held in the Gaza Strip—both living and deceased, on the first day of the deal's implementation.
  • Ceasefire and Withdrawal: The deal would include a comprehensive ceasefire, ending the ‘Israeli’ military's operation to occupy Gaza City. ‘Israeli’ forces would remain outside the city's borders.
  • Prisoner Exchange: ‘Israel’ would release between 2,500 and 3,000 Palestinian prisoners, including hundreds who are serving life sentences for charges related to killing soldiers and settlers.
  • Immediate Negotiations: The two sides would enter immediate negotiations on the terms for ending the war, which would include ‘Israel's’ demand to disarm Hamas and Hamas's demand for a complete and final withdrawal of ‘Israeli’ forces from Gaza.
  • Trump's Guarantee: The proposal states that Trump would intervene personally to end the war if Hamas accepts the initiative and guarantees a continued ceasefire as long as negotiations are ongoing.
