Mild weather expected until Tuesday in Jordan: Meteorological Department

Most parts of Jordan are set to experience mild weather on Saturday, while extreme heat will grip the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

The JMD noted that northwesterly winds will blow at a moderate pace, with periods of increased activity, particularly in the Badia regions. Current forecasts suggest no significant changes in weather patterns through Tuesday.

In Amman, temperatures are expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 17°C. By contrast, the Dead Sea and Aqaba will endure much hotter conditions, with daytime temperatures climbing to 39°C before cooling slightly to 26°C overnight.
